Access Grades Online
Using Web Advisor
Students access their course schedule and final grades using the web. If an official final grade report is required for scholarships or insurance, please contact the Registrar's Office. Please check your course schedule once again in late August as classroom assignments do sometimes change over the summer.
You may access your academic information via Web Advisor. Click on the 'Students' link. On the right side of the page are 'Registration' and 'Academic Profile' options. For any of the options you will need to enter your user id (example: jbershon2) and your e-mail password to access the information.
The 'Registration' option, 'Search for classes' allows you to see the currently available classes by semester.
Academic Profile options
- 'Grades' - allows you to see the final grades of your classes by semester
- 'Grade point average by term' - allows you to see your grade point average by semester
- 'Transcript' - allows you to see the final grades of all of the classes taken at Washington College as well as your cumulative GPA
- 'Program evaluation' - allows you to see how the courses you have taken fulfill your distribution requirements for graduation
- 'Test summary'- allows you to see your SAT scores
- 'My class schedule' - allows you to see your current course schedule
- 'My profile' - allows you to see the address, phone numbers, advisor and degree program on record
