Washington College registers students two ways. During fall registration, in anticipation for the spring semester, seniors and juniors (by credit seniors 96 and above and juniors 64 to 95) are registered online through WebAdvisor. Sophomores and freshmen (by credit sophomores 32 to 63 and freshmen up to 31) are registered using program cards provided to advisors by the Registrar’s Office. During spring registration, in anticipation for the following fall semester, non-graduating seniors, juniors, and sophomores are registered online through WebAdvisor. Freshmen are registered using program cards. Incoming students are registered in June through WebAdvisor. Specific days are set aside for each of these groups of students. You must set-up times to meet with each of your advisees during the days provided for the appropriate class level of your advisee.
